To understand their real power—and their limitations—we must look beyond Sinai, where divine law first touched human consciousness, and begin to ask how morality itself must now evolve toward a higher, more inclusive covenant.

This new covenant, the Covenant of Conscience, is not written on stone but inscribed within the awakened soul. It calls humanity to rise beyond obedience and into conscious participation with the divine—to live by moral resonance rather than religious rivalry. The Covenant of Conscience invites all faiths, all seekers, and all hearts attuned to truth to build a shared ethic founded on compassion, justice, and accountability.
